Yes, all our bracelets are crafted from natural gemstones. Each stone is meticulously selected to ensure optimal quality and color. We are committed to providing you with authentic, high-quality natural gemstone jewelry.
The best way is to measure your wrist size and add 1 cm. For example my wrist measures 17 cm, so I order a 18 cm (17cm+1cm) bracelet.
The photos on the site are for illustration purposes only and we try to select the most similar products. Each stone being unique, they are subject to variations depending on the deposits and places in the world where they are extracted, which in no way detracts from their quality.

Here are some care recommendations:

  • Gently wipe the surface of the jewelry with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, and cosmetics.
  • Store in a sealed jewelry box when not in use.
  • Avoid rubbing against other jewelry
Our bracelets are crafted from premium materials and are suitable for everyday wear. However, we recommend removing the bracelet during activities such as exercise, swimming, or household chores to extend its lifespan and maintain its optimal condition.
We do not recommend wearing jewelry while bathing. Prolonged exposure to water, soap, and bath products may affect the gemstone's luster and the quality of metal components. Please remove your bracelet before bathing.

Customization and Personalization

Our 3D designer utilizes high-precision rendering technology to present the bracelet's appearance as realistically as possible. Actual products may vary slightly in detail, but the overall design, color scheme, and style will remain consistent with the preview.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia,Germany,France,Italy,and the United Kingdom. We are actively working to expand our delivery network to more regions. Stay tuned for updates!
Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days. Since each bracelet is custom-made according to your design, production time is approximately 2-3 business days.
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track the logistics information on the order tracking page.
Since our bracelets are custom-made, you may contact customer service within 24 hours of order confirmation to make changes or cancel your order. After 24 hours, if production has already begun, cancellation or modification will not be possible.

Agenda and Support

If your product/item is defective or damaged, we invite you to take a picture of it and send it to us at [email protected] . As soon as we receive it, we will contact you to let you know how to exchange your product or get a refund.
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy after delivery. Items must remain unused and retain their original packaging. Due to their unique nature, custom-made products are not eligible for returns without cause. However, should any quality issues arise, we will resolve them to the best of our ability.
